Redesign Goal
The goal of this project was to create an internal product-mapping platform that enables grocery store employees to efficiently manage and maintain accurate, real-time product location data throughout the store. By establishing a centralized source of truth for item placement, inventory movements, and aisle and shelf locations, the application aimed to improve operational efficiency and data accuracy while reducing the effort required to locate products. This data would seamlessly integrate with third-party shopping and delivery platforms, empowering customers and personal shoppers to quickly find items, reduce fulfillment friction, and create a more efficient and connected shopping experience across digital and in-store channels.
